Are all these SBRs? Or does that big weld on flash hider make it legal rifle length?

I have been thinking of doing a retro carbine in that caliber. Make for a nice short suppressed and cool PDW |

Here is my pistol "poor man's" version:
I have updated to an A1 grip since the pic. She's fun to shoot, but I may swap out the aperature to an A2 because the small holes on the A1 are hard to see when using the brace at arm's length. |
