So glad I started this topic.  Just had a few questions and then, BAM!   This just exploded into 12 pages.

Thanks everyone for posting your builds.  These are just too cool!

Use that set screw on the bottom, guys. I didn't notice it was there until it was mentioned here the other day.

My launcher had a lot of play in it until I raised to touch the barrel. Rock solid now.

Great M203 cda97!  When I carried one I could never keep the quadrant on it.  It always got knocked off or loosened.  After a month or so I never carried it again.  KISS works for grenades too.

Sweet!  Nice touch with the bronzed mag too.  I would like to handle an A1 with the launcher to see how it feels.  I only handled the heavier A2.

the guys really into airsoft run their gear pretty hard, probably taking more abuse than most real rifles see at the range.

Got that right.  The hardcore MILSIM guys take this stuff pretty seriously.  I built a clone out of a gas blow back airsoft rifle of my real rifle and use the optics back and forth.  This is why I've come to trust the PA red dot sights to not be fragile.  There's so many more things you can do on an airsoft field that you can't even on a closed off training range and the guns and gear take beatings doing it.  I'd say the average airsoft player probably puts more miles on his gear and equipment than the average American shooter.

I know playing airsoft every once in a while has really helped me sort out my load bearing gear and find out what works and what doesn't for me.
