Well, the original AR-15 Model 01 used the "duckbill" FH. But retroheads have used it on various early clone builds. Prototypes and early carbine builds look good with them.

but I think this one looks a little cooler on prototype/fantasy builds for some reason...

I put one on my 605 - looks great, IMO. Pinned too, thanks to silly governmental BS.
