I count 63 M16A1 uppers, whats the story with these and where is this?

Is it me, or does the upper third from the right on the bottom row look like it has M203 / M4 profile but is a 20 "?

These were higher then $150 IIRC, some had use and others didn't appear used a few still had tube in barrels , from talking to buyers there were a large bunch that were building copies of thier service rifle as a project with grand kids, lawyers and Texans were the others that stood. out Yeah I kick myself over the Romy kits, had a line on a 100 at a smoking price and passed them up to buy a toy instead
