I am confident that a vet will be able to distinguish e-fakeries. There are also tons of Special Forces Death Cards, NVA Girlfriend Cards, and lots of In Country Zippos.

Oddly, the sellers never seem to run out of these items! I would like to own some real deal items, like the survival cards, or a zippo, but do not trust myself online.

I was just thinking it would be cool to scan these all and post PDFs somewhere. Just in case you find yourself in the Asian jungle, with an Iphone..

Pretty much all the fish but these were legit to eat. and it was okay to eat the saltwater fish raw.

Ive eaten raw freshwater fish once during a ritual to get my mojo back. I lost it once. You never want this to happen. I keep that stuff under lock and key now.

Whats the story behind a survivor patch?

Those decks used to be EVERYWHERE! I remember seeing them at every Fun Show in the late 70's and the 80's.

There were some that where playing cards but had........shit I THINK they had something on the backs.

May just be an old man brain fart but I remember the survival cards!

(MAN I wish I hadn't killed off so many brain cells in my misspent youth!)

The playing card decks I recall were Soviet Bloc vehicle/aircraft identification cards. That would have been mid to late 80s

That bottom fish looks like something from Three Mile Island. No sushi for me.

I love Vietnam era collectible ephemera. +1 to the idea of producing as a PDF, or a screensaver of VN items.
