Hi Guys,
I know that this is a tech forum, but we're also family. One of our own, YoungFrankenstein is going in the hospital tomorrow morning for surgery. It's not a simple procedure and I'm hoping you will all be thinking of him and say a prayer for his safe recovery. He's a really good guy and has been an asset to our obsession. Thanks, Jerrell Update: I just got a call from Jim's Mom. He's out of surgery and it went well; he's in recovery now and stable. If any of you want to send a card, you can send it to me and I'll pass it along. HipShot's idea of printing out the pages and sending it with a card is a good idea! I'll check and see if he has net access, if not I'll copy and send the postings. Thanks, you guys are the best! UPDATE 2 I talked to Jim a minute or so on Friday and spoke with his Mom this morning. The surgery wasn't as difficult as expected, but he's in quite a bit of pain. Sounds like he's making progress!! It looks like he'll be spending his retro funds on pain meds for awhile. Jerrell |

Thanks for the info... I've been wondering about James. It seems like forever since we've heard from him. I hope everything goes well for him.

Prayers sent for James!
He's a good guy and I spoke with him on the phone a couple weeks ago and had been meaning to follow up with him to see how his appointment went. He's been through a lot and here's hoping things go his way! |
|
He has been and will continue to be on our prayer list. Best wishes YF for a speedy recovery.

He is a really great guy, and I've been wondering how he's doing. Sending some good energy and prayers his way.
|
|
Thanks for the heads up, Jerrell.
Every possible positive thought is heading his way. |
|
Just a thought, but anyway to send him a 'virtual card'? YF, if you read this, hang in there man. Be strong!

|
I'm with Morg, anyway of sending him a card with this page printed out in it? It'd be an easy and quick way for James to read our comments, takes too long to get everyone to sign cards, or E-Cards.Anyone know him personally? If so just buy a get well card, print out this page and sign from the Retro Community for us, hopefully he will be reading it during his recovery. Thanks for the info HnB....

May the Blessings of God be upon you this day. Speedy recovery my retro brother.

Thoughts, prayers and best wishes for a fast and full recovery.
Thanks for the heads up HnB |

Prayers sent from my way too.
I always enjoyed his posts. He has a warmth and kindness to his posts which are sometimes lacking among our like-minded gun enthusiasts. I hope that he returns soon and is doing well. |
