As an update, after looking at the options for kits I decided to order a kit with barrel from Gunthings.  It just shipped and should be here early next week.  From the photo on the website the kits look like they haven't been used much and Brad at Gunthings indicates they are in excellent condition. The FSB is already mounted and the barrel is parked to match the upper.  The FCG has either been modified or RRA parts are substituted. Cost wise, I ran the numbers many different ways and it seems that if I started out with a less expensive kit, replaced parts or bought missing parts, bought a barrel and sent it out to have the FSB mounted and have it parked, then had the barrel mounted, I'd have about the same coin into it.  I'd rather get it all from one source- just my preference.  I'll post pix when the kit arrives.  I have an unused Anderson lower but am planning on purchasing a McKay A2- no logos.  .
