This was put together by my Gunsmith who works for Windham Weaponry. He took these picture and gave a write-up while disassembling my Bushmaster Assault Rifle. I thought I'd share it with y'all.

Make sure weapon is unloaded!
With a small screwdriver carefully remove pivot pin clip


Push takedown pin out and remove pivot pin and separate upper and lower receivers


Push spring retainer in with a punch and remove locking yoke




Draw cocking handle back to the round cut out in the receiver and remove cocking handle


Draw the bolt carrier slide all the way out the back of the receiver


Push firing pin retainer out with a punch and remove firing pin



Remove cam pin and bolt assembly



Reassemble in reverse order.

Neato!  Always have considered picking one up just out of pure interest.

Wow, thats a lot of little parts to loose if you are having mechanical issues in the field!

Heres a little info i found on this one

I had one back in the 90's. The fire control group was primarily M16 parts.
it was suprisingly accurate. Piston driven IIRC.
