I don't know how to post pictures anymore, use to use photo bucket. I've got a Colt factory M16-a1 upper (rear sight, dust cover, tear drop FA) and a fully populated Colt M16-a1 upper with charging handle and bolt carrier I'm thinking about getting rid of. They are in VG+ to excellent condition. I can send pics by text. Just trying to get a ball park figure. Both are all Colt factory (not SP1). Thanks for any help y'all can give me." />

I have some 100% legit USGI dimpled take down and pivot pins. Thinking about clearing out some of my stash. What is the current value on these?
Thanks,

I'd say 300-325 for the non barreled upper and 650-700 for the upper.

This really isn't my area (retro rifles), and I hope it's OK to ask without pics, but I found one that may be for sale soon and would like to know what is considered a fair price for a 1980 SP1 with Colt scope in great condition. I've looked around on Gun Broker, etc but still wondering what those here would say is their ceiling on something like this.

I know it's a vague question without pics and I apologize for not being able to share any, but I'd appreciate an "off the top of your head" number that you would consider a fair value in today's market if you were buying.  If there are any other specifics you would need I can try to get them, but it appears to be a run of the mill SP1 with no modifications since it left the factory and has been used sparingly.

Thanks in advance for the advice, and if not having pics is a no-no please feel free to delete.

completed GB auctions run $1400 and up less scope,
carbine sold with scope for $1900+

if you have an account on GB do advanced search, completed items, and it goes back about 90 days,

I'm not sure what Colt scopes bring now,  I'd look on Ebay (sold auctions on advanced search) for a good gauge of pricing

This might be a tough one.  I picked it up at a show last month.  I was told it is an old prototype from the Olympic Arms R&D. Chambered in 5.56, and does fire.. there is only about 1/2” for dwell, and so the gas hole is huge(.20”)
It’s an A1 upper cut for a flattop, and there is a short ~6” barrel inside a thick sleeve. The larger threads are same as freefloat hand guards(which Oly was a pioneer of) and the smaller diameter at the end are barrel nut sizethreads.  No baffles in the outer sleeve, but holes drilled length wise some only 1” deep and a couple about 3”... maybe it was an attempt at an integral suppressed SBR... or early AR  pistol(which they also pioneered)... at any rate it is an interesting piece.  The gun show it showed up at was only a few miles from the Olympic Arms HQ, and with all the “restructuring” going on over there, some of this stuff is trickling out evidently. What do y’all think the value of this piece of sh... history is?

Have a matching grey preban SP-1 lower as well.

Sad to see her probably go.

200-300$ Has been the going rate for A1 uppers.

I'd say yours could easily go for closer to 300$.

Appraisal: Bushmaster-Gwinn Assault Rifle, three-digit serial

I picked up this rifle last year since it's really cool and I understand them to be pretty rare. I've seen other variants with wood furniture, and with a para-stock, but my impression is that this full-length plastic-furniture version is the earliest variant, so potentially the most valuable? The serial number is three-digit, in the low-100s.

It passes function-check, the furniture is in good shape with only slight marks, no major dings, and the finish has no rust but some slight wear to the coating, I'd conservatively estimate at least 85%, with the worst of it being right around the magwell and the ejection port.

I've found very few of these online, and none of this particular early variant. The wood and para ones seem to be asking $1000-1600, so all over the place, but again I think this one is potentially valuable as the earliest variant. What are your thoughts on a good asking price on EE?

Came across this barrel. Believe it is NOS, has some storage marks but looks great.  Marked C MP C, has cast FSB, roll pin for sling swivel, A1 FH with split washer. Bore looks perfect. What are these going for?

I haven't sold a barrel in a while, but last year they were going for 300-375 at the high end. These were for NOS barrels with wicks in them.

1. Digging in storage I found a China made AR drum, New (still in the bag it came in.)  I think it is 120 rounds or 125 rounds.

2. I also found a box with some of the "NoDak Spud" retro hand guards I bought years ago from them. New in the bag.

What is the value?

Thanks
Ron

Prices have ranged from 125 to 350 complete.
It is 100% random. If you look at auctions the profit structure varies dramatically.   I sure it’s best to base off cost. I’m not the enthused on selling right now.  Lots of watches few actual bidders.   Cheaper will get it obviously everyone likes that.

I’m curious about the value of this Colt 14.5” carbine barrel. It is a 1-12 and has a 1/96 date code near the front HG cap. The barrel is marked C MP Chrome Bore and has a pinned A2 style flash hider.
This came on a retro-ish Armalite receiver rifle that I picked up a few years ago. It also has a Colt N1 stock and original 2 pos tube.
Thanks

A gentleman that I know has two early 1964 SP1's.  Both are three digit serial numbers, both have cast front sights, transitional bolt catches, and have all dimpled pins. One is a very low 700's serial number and it is in 99% or better original condition. The other is in the high 300's and shows just a tiny bit of wear, so I would rate it at 96 to 97% condition. He will sell me just one, as he is keeping the other. He doesn't care which one he keeps. The problem is that he wants me to set the price, and I only get one offer (he is odd that way).  If you have any idea of the current trending price for either of these, please let he know. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as he is only giving me until midnight Friday to decide. Thanks in advance.

Low 300’s maybe the $5500-$6000 if it has a 1/14 barrel and $4000-$4500 range for the 700 range assuming it doesn’t have a 1/14
