PSA has the cheapest i've seen.
Also pretty sure amazon's policy is not to sell any ITAR protected products. Or it may just be a coincidence that everything gun related they sell seems to be exempt from ITAR... |

Slickguns.com had a code for free shipping at kak. I just got a tube for $20. Don't remember the code though. Slickguns or slickship maybe.

Primary had KAK tubes yesterday for 20, I just said screw it and bought a Anderson carbine with spring and buffer for 39. I figure if it were to bug me enough, I'll just grind down the perch on bottom for a stock to mount. Then again could use plastic dip and build up on it to make a pad.
