Andro Corp or PSA 10.5 upper?

I'm looking to do a pistol/SBR build with a 10.5 or 11.5 upper, Andro Corp or PSA?
They are relatively close in price. Who's got the best value for the money?
Anyone have experience with both?

I have purchased several uppers from PSA without issue, but I have no experience with Andro Corp products.

Andro Corp
10.5" with BCG, CH, and free float rail. $320 shipped.

PSA 10.5" free float rail, NO BCG or CH. $249 + Shipping

PSA 11.5" with BCG and CH $299 + shipping

nitrided instead for the same price if that matters to you.

I own a 7.5 inch from them and it works. Haven't put much through it but didn't have any failures so far.
little scratches and handeling marks I wasn't thrilled with but for 299, I decided it wasn't worth complaing about.

The one the OP posted I believe is the melonited one but that FN is a good choice.

The have their own economy hg, I don't know who makes it. I have the two piece, it's not bad. They also offer other options or have in the past that may depend on availability.

FWIW I just went though this decision process and decided on the Andro for a few reasons, the barrel is ballistic advantage with the port being around .075 so it's not giant, the upper is an AO and they had various different rail options. I went for the CMMG option as it was lightweight and slim, using the 15% AR15.com discount code it was $343.44 shipped minus bcg and ch. I couldn't put one together myself for that.

Customer service was amazing, they even replied to me on weekends and didn't seem to mind the 4-5 emails I sent asking questions on such a low price upper.

They did have some problems with a barrel supplier, that has been corrected from what I am aware. Have not had any issues with the ones I own.

PSA won't deliver ar related parts or uppers to my address since I live in Cook County.

So I'd have to go with Andro. I've heard great things about them.

I have to plug Andro as well. I bought one of the 7.5" bargain uppers a few months ago. While I've had issues getting it to run reliably with a suppressor, it is rock-solid as is. I'm about to revisit the suppressor issue when I have more time.SLR adjustable fixed my suppressor issue.

If you're talking about the 320.00 shipped upper with BCG and CH it's an ARF special, check out the "used" upper section in the EE. It's a heck of a deal if you like that rail, the rest of the parts are identical to their higher end builds.

Jason and Andro Corp are the answer. You can't go wrong with their customer service and the 10.5 upper is a solid upper.

Here is what I turned mine into, too bad they are not doing anymore cerakote work right now.

Another +1 for Andro. I bought this same 10" upper and LOVE it! Their customer service is TOP NOTCH and can not be beat! Price was great and I have had 0 problems with my upper.

PSA does not make their own lower receivers. They get their lowers from the same company we use. Which is also the same company we purchase our upper receivers and BCGs from. AO Precision in Daytona Beach FL. AO supplies our military and 99% of other AR manufacturers. This is a dirty little AR secret I think you all should know.

Long story short they match up perfectly because they all come from the same OEM Company

I dont own a 10.5in from either but I own two 16in PSAs and a 7.5 Andro (with the SLR style rail) and I would vote Andro all day. Andro's customer service and price beats out PSA in my opinion. I dont know if it is scale or what, but Andro seems to have greater attention to detail - resulting in better QC.
