If Strike had been concerned enough about it they would already have a determination. Ask them.
And now for a different perspective -
If a handstop is needed, which direction is it working? Not forward, unless a pistol is pushed away against sling tension. That isn't the most optimal device for that considering the limited space - most are under the FSB, not halfway back. But, YMMV.
Pulling the weapon back? Against what part of the body?
See where I'm going?
If you question whether it's being used as a vertical fore grip then I am raising the issue of the weapon being held against the shoulder. I'm no ATF agent but I'm aware they have a bias against that. Worse, a lot of self important range operators and some busy bodies who aren't actual 2A supporters like to make it an issue.
It also goes to how accurate a 10.5" weapon needs to be that it has to have some sort of front handstop to control it. Plenty of youtube video on that with no handstops. And as far as looks go, hanging a bunch of stuff off the front with nothing more than a buffer tube out back creates a nose heavy gun with no visual balance either.
For the same kind of money I'd rather have a binary trigger installed. Those prices will come down soon enough.
