For a special application, I am looking for a gas tube that is about 1" shorter than a standard pistol tube.
Any ideas?

I just use a tubing cutter and cut mine. Plenty of wd40 and patience

I was going to say that.  I think the gas tube on my Macon Armory .45 upper is maybe two inches long.
