Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which gas tube for cmmg 8" blackout barrel

I'm gathering parts for my 300 blackout build. I bought a cmmg 8" barrel and a Aero upper what length gas tube will I need I'm a newbie to pistol builds. Should I go with adjustable gas block?

Pistol length gas tube, and you definitely want an adjustable gas block. I would recommend one of the Syrac Ordnance ones.

An adjustable gas block may be nice but not necessary. It may be super nice if you run suppressed a lot but again, it's not necessary.
