I changed things up, I ordered a Matrix Victor handguard to replace the Charlie model

I mistakenly ordered the wrong length, but it worked out for the best.

It's nice all I had to do was change handguards since the barrel nuts are the same.

Swapped barrels, rails and threw a mount on ( 556SD still in jail )

Crappy phone pic but you get the idea

Hopefully won't be a pistol for long, waiting on the stamp for that too

I like the second rifle a lot better than the one above. It reminds me of the War Sport LVOA rifle. Looks good.

And a light

It has a elzetta alpha on the other side.. You can see the elzetta mount between the front site and laser. I don't like cords if I can help it.

They're probably OEM'ing them from Guntec

I see now that the holes in the top are a bit different

If I remember correctly SMOS was making them for Noveske and erathr3 at some point.

Thanks for all your advice on the Shockwave fellahs. Will be putting one on tomorrow

It's finally done!
Local gunshop's lower. I suspect Anderson made it.
BA 300blk 10.5" barrel from Schuyler arms.
KAK lpk.
AIM bcg.
KAK blade, buffer, tube and spring.
Guntec 10" rail.
Don't know anything about the flash hider. Had it in a parts bin. Same with the gas block and tube.

Shot 20 rounds remington 220gr subsonics and it functions flawlessly. The only part of it I don't like is a set screw attached gas block. I prefer a pinned GB.
The guntec rail, while not as nice fitting s some higher end rails, is solid. No movement and easy as can be to install. Can't beat it for the price!

Plans include PA mrds and ikickhippies plate.

Build Sheet:
Spike's Crusader lower
Magpul K2 pistol grip
UTG rear sight
PSA 11.5 inch nitride pistol upper + BCG
KAK Shockwave pistol brace

Does anyone have any pictures of 11 inch hand guards on an 11.5 inch barrel? Likely going to put an SLR Rifleworks Solo 11 on it.

Just finished.  Sort of my dream build.

JP low mass bolt carrier group
JP captured spring buffer system
CMC 2+2 two stage trigger
KAK Shockwave Blade
