I sold my PSA pistol and replaced it with this.

Colt 11.5" 6933 stripped upper; Colt BCG w/Magpul hand guard, Colt carry handle, BCM lower.

Once the drought recedes, I want to build a 12'5 or 14.5 pistol.

Nice pistol, John. A carry handle would definitely look righteous.

Updated my 300 blk pistol with the new PA 2x.  It seems to be a pretty good fit for the "truck gun" role this pistol is meant for.

Just a couple of basic builds I did.  The stainless barrel is a 6.5 Grendel and the other has a binary trigger which is tons of fun.

It's been a while since I've had new pics to share.  My latest addition is this, my birthday present to myself;
BCM MK2 Standard 11.5" (Enhanced Lightweight) Carbine Upper Receiver Group w/ MCMR-10 Handguard, Muzzle Device: Flash Hider A2 (plans for a SureFire WarComp)
BCM GUNFIGHTER Vertical Grip Mod 3 (M-LOK® Compatible*) - Flat Dark Earth (considering trying a KAG)
BCM GUNFIGHTER Grip Mod 3 - Flat Dark Earth
BCM BCMGUNFIGHTER Charging Handle (5.56mm/.223) w/ Mod 4B (MEDIUM) Latch
BCM BCM® Bolt Carrier Group (MPI) - Auto - FLAT DARK EARTH-IB
BCM BCMGUNFIGHTER QD End Plate
Novelty Finger BUIS as a placeholder for proper BUIS set TBD
SB Tactical SBA3 stabilizing brace
Leupold VX-Freedom Rifle Scope 1.5-4x 20mm 1/10 Mil Adjustments AR Ballistic Reticle Matte
LT204 LaRue C.A.N. QD SPR Mount
Personalized Territorial Gunsmiths Lower
LPK is from a bulk purchase, reportedly from FN c.2008, Waiting for the availability of a BCM PNT trigger

It still has the BCM smell of goodness.  Gonna swab the bore and properly dirty it up soon.
This won't be a safe queen.

Larue MBT trigger/PSA LPK
Geissele "Maritime" bolt catch
Magpul K2+ PG
Standard buffer with Damage "Enhanced" spring
SB Tactical brace

Primary Arms "Cyclops" optic given to me by my son
Fortis F-1 mount

Why would you build a 14.5 pistol over a 14.5 pinned and welded?

Just curious really. I love my 14.5 P&W.

Shoots great, and should be the final iteration in 556... but now I am thinking of switching to 300blk to drop barrel length,  can never leave well enough alone.

I guess the way I look at it, I would rather have it pinned with a stock rather than a brace.

For the $, the ALG rails are great.
Tangodown BG17 or BG16 grip- whichever is their smaller one. Great grips with battery storage.

I like everything about it except for the mounting height. The mount I am using is an absolute co-witness MI mount and with the TRS-26 it is more like lower 1/3. The housing of the optic must set the glass higher than other T1 style optics. Obviously you can use the mount it comes with but that doesn't have QD lever. If you were to use a lower 1/3 mount with the TRS-26 your irons wouldn't be as high as the glass with it.

Looks good, but if your worried about what the alphabet folks will think about the OAL, wouldn't you not want a VFG? I was of the understanding they are banned on pistols?

26" OAL or longer is a "firearm", not a pistol. VFG's are allowed, on the former.

This.  Was just a stupid comment.
