Shoots great, the Q Cherry Bomb makes a hell of a fireball, but since I plan on a few of their silencers in the future, it's the way to go.

I'm anxiously waiting for 2 Larue triggers.  No idea how long I have to wait, been 2 weeks already.  The trigger in my 300blk is the worst trigger I've ever had and I'm out of extra triggers to swap into it.

How do you like the LCS? Been debating getting one or just sticking with the push button I've been using. Worth the price?

Honestly, I bought one for another pistol that I have and was so impressed that i bought another right after I installed that one.  It is built like the proverbial brick shit house.  The cable routing guides are a big plus as well.

If you are of the mindset of "buy once, cry once" and don't want to fuck around with rubber bands and zip ties I'd say get one and see how you like it.  Get it off Amazon and if you don't like just return it.

It's one of those, why didn't I think of that items.  Just my opinion, YMMV.

Here's a closer picture if that helps any.

Another one I built awhile back that is just stupid accurate for a 10.5 barrel. Especially when I'm a mediocre shot on a good day.

My first pistol. UPS just delivered the upper today.
It’s pretty much all Spikes.
Honey badger lower w/ a Spikes enhanced lpk.
Spikes complete 5.56 upper with nickel boron BCG, 8.1” barrel and barking spider, 9” BAR rail and YHM sights.
Tail Hook mod 2 brace, Spikes st-t2 buffer and a JP Enterprises carbine buffer spring.
I’m thinking about getting a Trijicon MRO with a LaRue QD Mount.

So... this may sound like a bad idea and dumb, but for a forward-hand hold-over, the commonly sold-for-bargain-prices 10.5" barrel with a 9" hand guard just doesn't seem like something I want.  Has anyone found an inexpensive, and not heavy, 12", 13" barrel with a hand guard that goes out to about 12" or 13"?

Pictures if you have it, please?

Not a pistol but here is a 13.5 plus pinned brake with 12in inch free float.  I found pretty quick overhand hold tends to get too close to that brake!  Armalite 3GN 13

I have an 11.5" barrel with a 13" Troy handguard and it works awesome. I have a flash hider with a shroud that protudes a bit. I will get pics up.
I also have an 11.5" barrel with a 9" rail and not advisable to reach out with. It it super light though. A DD LW barrel and a Samson rail.
Link Posted: 3/9/2018 5:09:51 PM EDT
[Last Edit: Zip196] [#46]
So disregard what I said about the 9" rail on an 11.5" barrel. I had a 9" on a 16" barrel. What I have here is an 11" rail on an 11.5" barrel and a 13" rail on an 11.5" barrel.

Attachment Attached File

The top one is the 11.5" LW DD barrel with an 11" Samson rail pistol. It has the YHM 5C1 FH.
The bottom is the 11.5" BA barrel with a 13" Troy rail SBR. The flashider is a Kineti tech with a shroud.
I like them both and have taken both through classes as SBRs.

I also have the newer Kineti tech brake with shroud but I prefer the flash hider vs fireball.
