In that set-up with the Sig Brace and the BCP buffer tube it was just a tiny bit over 27.5 inch "extended" (not counting the KAW Valley linear comp). 29 inch with the linear comp.
" /> Then with Sig Brace in "folded" form (again not counting the Kaw Valley linear comp) it comes in at 21 inch length. With the linear comp it came in at 22.5 inches. " /> But due to its weight and wider profile, I took off the Sig Brace and added in a Shockwave Brace (to make it thinner folded and lighter). With the Shockwave on it is just a bit longer "extended. With the KAK tube for the Shockwave (not counting the brace itself, just the tube and not counting the KAW Valley also) it comes out to be 28.25 inch over all length "extended". Then full "extended" length (with KAW Valley comp and Shockwave brace in the measurement) it comes out at 31.5 inch, so its no shorty. " /> The just the same length in "folded" configuration (21 & 22.5 inches) with the Shockwave. Using a Troy Rail QD mount, Phase 5 Tactical SB-15 strap and a Magpul MS1-MS3 QD Adapter for the make shift "locking" system that keeps the Shockwave Brace in its folded state (the Law Tactical Folding Adapter has no way to lock folded, only extended). Should be close in length, but be aware that the ARAK-21 is 12.5 inch barrel. That may change the extended and folded lengths (by an inch on a PSA 11.5) and will also depend on the muzzle device that you use. I also just made an 11.5 PSA pistol, it is pictured a few posts above this. |
