Is a Psa 10 boLt carrier assembly dpms gen 1 compatible?

I've got one in my 20" dpms gen 1 308 upper and it short cycles, was wondering, thanks for any help.

Gen 2. I think the gen 1 used a different style style setup from the serrations our pa10s come with. I bought a kak 16" melonite barrel,and their lr308 bcg,and the bcg fits like a glove!
