I measured thickness of tang with a Starrett dial caliper and I get .180

.150 = DPMS LOW
.210 = DPMS HIGH

But I'm seeing the MI rails on PSA PA-10 uppers so I know one of the two sizes must fit.

Am curious why my tang on my PA-10 stripped upper measures .180

I was told by them the low tang. I have the upper, and a caliper, does anyone know where to measure to get a for sure answer?

I am measuring at . 175. Maybe the receiver doesn't come up as close to the rail. I'm pretty sure it's a low profile.

Think you are supposed to measure the "tang".  The part of metal at the rear of the top of the upper that the charging handle slides under.

There are two different thicknesses to this tang, inner is .186 and outer is .200. I'm almost certain it's a low profile tang. The high profile you can easily see its abnormally tall.

DPMS low is correct. I learned the hard way.
