Are the ones I have found about it? DPMS Fulton More expensive: JP Troy DD Etc What do you suggest...on a budget?

Fits easily with a low pro block. you can time the slotted tube so the slots are at 3, 6, 9 etc with a bit of BLUE loctite if it doesn't line up naturally MOE rails and accessories fit nicely with this.
