It's getting a coat of Rapco field drab since aervoe abandoned us. |

Needing to invest in a much better optic but this will do until then. Also a big thanks to @finslayer83 for the paint hook up. Laid down pretty pretty good

It's getting a coat of Rapco field drab since aervoe abandoned us. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MWBD1ZZ/ I ordered a bunch of similar wrap tape...pros: it's comfortable when you wrap up a stock and pistol grip with it, and it can dull down non-matte optic housing finishes. Cons: it's flammable, so don't wrap the handguard up to and around your adjustable and venting gasblock with it and proceed to dump a hundred rounds or so How it originally looked: How it looks now after a couple of range trips, a minor fire emergency, and a rebarrel to drop a pound off the factory truck axle |

No, but the adjustments are sharp, the glass is as good as I’ve been able to stretch it to, and it’s given me no issues despite being banged around. Looking forward to rezeroing (changed upper parts) so I can see what the accuracy is like. Attached File |

I just bought a 3-18x because I wanted Leupold MK5HD features without buying another one.
Attached File I’ll get it mounted on this later this week after the buffer tube and stock show up. Attached File ETA…will decide if I want to use the Atlas or a Harris after a few range trips. The LW 16” barreled MLOK rifle still needs a weapon light. Other than that they’re pretty much done for now. Maybe a rangefinder for the DMR setup… : Attached File Attached File |

Just reconfigured the M5.
16” Craddock Precision RTR (Rock Creek cut rifled blank) 6.5C, rifle gas with a SA AGB. Probably going to try out one of the B5 Precision stocks as the SOPMOD isn’t ideal if you’re using a rear bag. Attached File |

The Magpul is a decent compromise if you can’t live with the B5 precision but want something that feels like the SOPMOD when you shoulder it. |

Did the WC barrel not group well? Yeah, URX 4. The WC barrel shot fine, I just dispensed with the notion that this thing was ever going to be anything close to lightweight and for what I was wanting to do with it, it didn’t need to be. Figured a semi-custom barrel with a heavier profile would be better suited to the task of static distance shooting. Also why I ditched the WML and piggybacked RMR. All I really needed was the PEQ for supplemental illumination when shooting at night with a clip-on. |

Worlds better for precision shooting than the SOPMOD. The infinite adjustability of the buttplate allows you to really dial in LOP and the flat bottom works great with a rear bag. Be warned, it is pretty hefty. |

View Quote Buddy of mine was telling me the same thing. He sent it back and got a PRS lite. But referencing my Mk12 Mod H the ACE socom is like a pound and some change. It really helps balance how front heavy the gun is though. Do you feel the B5 does the same? Also what length rail is that? 15? |

I actually have an ACE handy I can weigh later. It’s a 13.5”. |
