Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - A.R.M.S. help

I stumbled into an A.R.M.S. 58 M-CV handguard. It comes with a proprietary barrel nut (smooth with 4 notches in the front face). It looks like the top half of the rail was meant to work with a standard barrel nut, but the bottom half of the clamp will not. The barrel nut it came with is pretty beat up and I dont know if I can get it tightened up properly. Is there a way to make these work with a standard barrel nut?
