Looking for a lighter profile 16 inch 5.56 barrel, preferably mid but not mandatory. Hoping to stay around $150. Not looking for sub MOA accuracy.

Faxon Gunner is definitely up your alley. Great barrels at a great price, plus they are definitely capable of MOA.

Thanks guys, I was looking at the Faxon barrels but couldn't find them that cheap. I guess I was looking in the wrong places.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer but does anyone have any experience with Bear Creek barrels. A local place has some in Stock and the price seems low to expect much out of it.

I have Ballistic Advantage on most of my rifles and have not been disappointed in any of them, they are good barrels and you should be able to find them at Right to Bear as well.

Check out the faxon gunner at aimsurplus if you want one with a pinned low profile gas block pre-installed. Check out granite ridge outfitters or monmouth reloading for ballistic advantage barrels with pinned low pro gas blocks. I believe the ballistic advantage barrels at both sites have sales going on + free shipping at this time.

Thanks guys, it's been a while since I've built a rifle and don't really need one but this is a divorce present to myself so I don't have a ton to drop on parts but want a quality build.
