Does anyone know if the 13.5" PSA M-lock rail is truly lightweight? I like the looks of the small diameter of them, but am hoping that someone has one in hand for more input.Does the upper with rail weigh about the same as an upper with standard handguard and fsb?

It is about the same weight. The 13.5" M-Lok rail PSA upper with BCG and Charging handle is 4lbs. 4.2oz. with no optic or sights. The Magpul MOE handguard PSA upper with FSB, BCG, Charging handle, plastic rear Magpul BUIS, Bushnell TRS-25 red dot and riser is 4lbs. 12.1oz. You'll have to subtract the extra stuff on the MOE upper if you need to compare stripped. Both are 16" Freedom 1/7 SS 5.56 NATO barrels with mid-length gas.
