Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone using JP Supermatch ultralight contour barrel?

Is anyone able to share experiences about AR's built with JP Supermatch ultralight contour barrels?

I'm planning a lightweight ar build for competition. I don't have a specific weight in mind and my first decision is choosing an accurate and reliable lightweight barrel.

I've read many good things about JP Supermatch barrels though nothing specific to the ultralight's. $500 is a painful spend but if the Supermatch UL's are best in class it's worth it.

Any experiences, thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
