Saw a few people on here recommending the Hiperfire AR15 Hipertouch EDT Enhanced Duty Trigger. Not looking to spend a ton of money on a new trigger but would like to upgrade my stock mil spec trigger. Any one have real world use with the trigger or would recommend a low cost single stage trigger?  Thanks guys

I have one...

It hits really hard. So X39 should be no problem.
A little long, but the reset is easy to feel.

As smooth as some $140 drop in trigger I have owned.

Been using them for a couple of months now. I have them installed on 3 AR's, all have been 100% w/PPU M193, Wolf Gold & PMC Bronze (only ammo I've tested them with to date).
Two friends tried them and immediately ordered EDT's for their AR's which, with limited use, have also been 100%.
Installation was straightforward and easy, made easier by the included guide pin.
HTH...

These are my standard for "Duty" AR's that I'm not running in matches.  They've been 100% and seem to be an excellent choice for an "all around" trigger.

My original EDT had to use the heavy spring to ignite 7.62x39.  I think they added some hammer weight to one of their newer versions to solve the 7.62x39 ignition issue.

My preference is for a 2 stage MBT, but these too won't reliably ignite 7.62x39 with the stock spring.

I'm running one in a 3 Gun rifle.  Its a nice trigger, breaks clean at 4.5-5 lbs.  So far, 500 rds or so, its been reliable.  Much better then any stock trigger and other then being a little on the heavy side its a good competition trigger.  You also don't have to run captive trigger pins with them.
