Does anyone even make one of these? I've yet to see anything good, and it seems there are very few FSP offerings.

Are you wanting the front sight post cutout with the rail, or the rail to stop behind the front sight post? Bravo Company does make/offer 14.5" mid-length uppers with FSP and a 9" KMR rail if you wish to go that route.
