Looking for the best "bang for the buck" mil spec BCG. Who makes it, and where is it sold at a good price?

If it has to be a phosphate bcg, check out PSA's premium line or Toolcraft bcg's. This. I got one for a recent 300 BO build and really like it, have a few BCM's and seems to be just as good although not HPT. They ship fast.
