Does anyone have one of these handguards?

I've searched here and around the web and haven't been able to come up with anything.

I just got an SS series Gen 2 from Midway I'll be putting on a build sometime in the next couple of weeks, but it's a single piece instead of 2-piece.

I do have an older 2-piece quad rail from midwest that I have no complaints about other than being really heavy and the insides of the allen screw heads got a bit rusty, but I let it sit for a while after using it in the rain one time. Generally speaking, quad rails are heavy anyway. Aside from that it's really solid and serves its purpose so I don't really have any complaints. I'm sure the one your looking at is GTG.
