Hey guys, I recently saw this video and thought it was pretty interesting. Have any of you seen or used this before?

I've done something similar on a couple AR's to limit pre-travel using short stacked set screws.

JoeBob's carries them too.

Dang, that's a better deal if your buying 3! I think I will have to try them out.

Do you know what the trigger pull weight comes out to after this install?

It's changing the geometry of the trigger within the lower.  By pushing up on the trigger it changes the relationship with the sear.

The downside is that it creates a space between the trigger and the lower.  You can be sure that if you have dirt, sand, a blown primer, it will find it's way into that space and tie your gun up.

The idea isn't new, and it doesn't give you the same trigger you can have by buying a Geissele or any other quality manufacturer and doesn't create the "space" issue.

Do you mean the gap between the tail of the trigger and the floor of the lower?
How about the gap between the sear-end of the trigger and the floor of the lower?

If it really concerns you, there's always a receiver rug.
