Will a 9" Noveske NSR handguard completely cover a carbine length gas system with a low profile gas block?  Got any pictures?

Yes it will, don't currently have any pics of the setup.  You could, however, just hop over to the Noveske site and look at one of their 10.5" uppers with the NSR-9 on it.
