I have a 14.5" BCM upper with a pinned A2 flash hider and a FSP and now I want to do a free float rail. Am I better off selling what I have and ordering a new upper from BCM with the hand guard I want or should I send out what I have to a company like ADCO and have them work it over? I've only put a couple hundred rounds through it and it still looks brand new. Here is the gun: http://i.imgur.com/3t7Md0e.jpg and another without handguards: http://i.imgur.com/Ao3OUQv.jpg

Gun Specs: BCM 14.5" BFH lightweight upper w/ pinned A2 FH Tactical Machining Lower Receiver with Magpul/Palmetto LPK in ODG Magpul STR EOTech EXPS2-0

I feel like the gun is too nice to have those cheap Magpul handguards.

I can get that guy on there without taking the flash suppressor off?  Does it need a different barrel nut?  Sorry if these are dumb questions.  This is my first Ar-15 build....

Nevermind I found the description on their website stating that it uses a standard barrel nut and will not require me to remove the pinned FS

Standard barrel nut and its two piece, you will have to cut off your delta ring, that's about it.

That rail requires you to remove the delta ring assembly.  Fact is, I think all 2 piece FF rails require delta ring removal.  The rail has to have something solid to clamp to.

Yes and yes. Link

Or you can simply cut down your FSB and get any number of rails that use the existing barrel nut. You can cut down your FSB with it still on the upper if you take your time.

Yes.  I used a Dremel to cut off the delta ring.  I then used a pair of snips to remove the spring.  I used the same snips to remove handguard cap.  Sandwich the Centurion around the barrel and tighten the screws.  Took maybe 30 min.

Daniel Defense Omega is FF and installs without cutting the delta ring.
