That's one of the newer OEM FN flash hiders for the Mk17. I think they're made by Brugger & Thomet.

Ah. Does the can fit over it? I've handled the new can but was unimpressed.

The flash hider is called the ECP and I do think its intended for use with the FN designed suppressor.
