THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT larue index clips seem pretty low profile. LWRC covers also look pretty small. would anyone happen to have put their hands on both and be able to compare? |

I use Larue index clips but they are not as low profile as you might think.

Ergo recently released some ladder covers with the rungs filled in. I think Midway is one of the few places that have them in stock. See Ergo;s Industry sub-forum about them or Midway's website.

As far as full covers are concerned, KAC rail covers are fairly low profile, but Larue index clips are probably as low profile as you're gonna get without going to ladders.
****Disregard, just saw the post above. Those Ergos look lower profile to me than the Larue clips. |

hmmm. i wonder how they [the ergos] do with heat. think i might have to try some out.
