THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT My main question is who has done this before to an SR15 and what was your choice? I am leaning toward the TRX due to the newly released squid grips because I run high round counts and want a barrier between me and my rail. Are there any other rails that have similar panels that will keep the rail as small as possible that some one can point me to? |

For the price, hard to beat the TRX.. the Noveske NSR is definitely nicer (but the price is higher).. and then there's then the URX III / 3.1 which are very nice :)
Personally I'd go with the URX, but then again I may be biased. (Silver lining: if you choose to go with the URX you can reuse your barrel nut/leave your gas block on). |

Cam the URX barrel nut be used more than once? I was under the impression that it was a single use item. I have considered the NSR rail, but for my Afgan. I'll probably hold off though to see if/when thet release more key mod accessories for it. Thanks for the feed back.
