Since this thread is opinions...
IMO the best looking free float hand guard is this one. I never did like rails unless they are needed. Don't care for the sewer pipe looking free float tubes either.   I don't think the DD Lite 9.5 FSB on my LMT is the "best looking" but I like the extra room it gives a carbine length rail while keeping the FSB. And it is "lite".

KAC URX III. You can get them for about $300 from AIM, Operation Parts, etc. However, since you need the proprietary wrench, I would recommend getting one already pre-made.

URX is my favorite free float while the M5 is my favorite drop in. I just really like the way the KAC rails look I suppose.

It's a Precision Reflex Industries Gen III carbon fiber Delta. It's by far my favorite hand guard I've ever had to date. Took a while to convince myself to buy one but I'm really glad I did  Got everything I need to make it boom (FSB, Ops 12th FH and collar, trigger set, B.A.D A.S.S standard/short-thin, SOPMOD) except waiting the the dang barrel and carrier still 
1st and 3rd pictures are distorted a little....there are no bends in the rail Just added up in my head what I have in this thing so far without the barrel, carrier, ARMS 22 rings and glass......I feel sick  |
