THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
Looking to get a little more rail space out of my carbine and move my grip and light a little further out. And saw this rail and wanted to see what it looked like on a rifle. I assume it would attach much like the DD omega does

It is not like the Omega. You must remove the delta ring, the delta ring spring, and the spring retainer. You must also remove the handguard retainer cap.





Also if you look in the correct forum, there is a picture thread for these rails.

? It looks a lot shorter then 16"? The MB is just past the end of the rail.

Its a sexy beast, no doubt about it. Here is the 12" Centurion Arms rail on a 14.5, just to give you an idea of the difference. It is shot at an angle, which makes it look like there is a little more barrel than there actually is, but it should still show the shorter length well enough.

Nope, it really is a pair of 16" shown in that one. Here is a 12.5" with the 12" cutout.....
