It's a 14.5" Red X Arms 1/8 SS 5.56 barrel with carbine gas, YHM flip-up front sight gas block, with a rifle length MOE handguard cut away for the flipup sight and X300U. There's a length of aluminum pic rail bolted into a flat milled into the top of the barrel between the FSB and handguard cap. I duracoated all the plastic a custom mix I call "TIE Fighter Grey." 
BUIS flipped up. 
Handguards removed. |
