We need more pictures of the guns in the trucks. How do you guys mount them or store them in the trucks? I'm asking more about non work vehicles not patrol cars

I'm working on a solution for the back of my Tacoma have an idea. I was carrying my scorpion carbine under the rear seat but I'm replacing it with a 10.5 inch pistol

This has become my all around gun at the moment. Still playing with light setups. At the moment there is a WML on it.

It fits perfectly in this case, with 4 mags full of Barnes vortex supers. http://store.ar15.com/product.html?cat=24&pr=572 I took the patch off the front of the case and its very unsuspecting because it is so small.

PSA .625 Freedom build, with SPARC and LaRue BUIS on top, an Inforce WML on the side.  Handy little thing.

What sling is this? I have a similar situation with my AR15 pistol. I have always either used a shooting sling(1907) or a GI cotten sling. Never any of these QD tactical options. I built a 10.5" AR15 5.56 pistol for HD/Truck/Farm use(untill i  build a 9mm CMMG Guard to take its place) and it has a Thorsden custom Cheek rest with a  KAK super tube and a QD end plate. Since the Cheek rest doesnt have an attachment point i have to use the QD mount. Plus i have a Magpul SL handguard coming so i will have to remove the front swivel. is there something i can attach to replace the front sling mount? I guess i could alway go old school and loop paracord in the front sight base.

I guess you can tell i have never really been part of the "tactical crowd", i have always have been a precision rifle guy. I think my most "tacticool" firearms before this pistol(and even that is an A2) is my BHD 727 clone!

Impact weapons components. They have some new stuff now, but I have one on an old MOE handguard that required drilling a hole. But now they have other options.
Poke around on their site, as I'm not sure this link has all options on it.

The entire system in a house?. I lose a little by going to a collapsalbe stock and not a fixed A2. But the 20 in. barrel w/ a suppressor is super long. Musket long. Heck, Close Quarters Battle Musket. :D Also very front heavy

The 20 in. rifle is fine, I've been using it in the house for a while now. I can even use it w/ the suppressor. And collapse the stock all the way to save length. But w/ the suppressor, it was a stop gap measure and still is until I wring the DD pistol out below. Then it will take lead, w/ suppressor of course.

Yes, it uses standard buffers and springs. It's got the same exact spring and buffer (H) that came w/ my DD pistol.

The tube is proprietary (comes w/ an endplate and castle nut, but I'm sure other endplates and castle nuts can be used). I'm sure that' the only way they could make it legal and be telescoping. LOP is right around the max it can be and still be a pistol). I find it comfortable, no matter how I use it.

I gotta say, it's brand new and who knows the longevity of it. But so far, I'm in love. The only other braces I'd consider for any pistol is only the PDW braces from Maxim and SB.

With a quality red dot, you don’t need to turn it off, and it’ll be faster than irons.
