Be warned.
Some of us are going to take the mini recce to the next level the future is here but seriously, I need to order a 11" rail in the next 24 hours - hit me with some ideas (no keymod). Leaning hard towards This one at the moment. |

I'm seriously debating picking up a long FF RAS and pairing it with one of these two barrels:
BA 13.7" BA 14.0" I have a Trijicon 1-4 Accupoint I would stick on top. Can you guys talk me into/out of this plan? Edit: I have a Griffin Armament 30SD suppressor that I'd like to fit as close to the rail as possible. |

Once reliable, I think it will be my constant companion at the range. Some observations: The Faxon 10.5 is surprisingly accurate for its weight. It pairs well with the Mk4 at 5 power. The ALG quality mil spec trigger is about what you'd expect from a standard trigger, very little creep, good crisp break with a short reset and no noticeable over travel. Double taps were fast and fun, but I am considering going to a 2 stage to reinforce the recce ideology; emphasizing shot placement. I experienced a double feed every 5-8 shots. I thought maybe it was the HK magazines so I added some more oil and switched to the Lancer AWM which made no obvious difference. I remembered that I had installed a PSA extension kit with the standard buffer that was included. I forgot to grab my H buffer on my way out, but I'm thinking I might need an H2 (or H3 when suppressed)...? View Quote My 10.5" Faxon runs like a top (unsuppressed) with a Spikes ST-T2 and JP tuned & polished buffer spring, FWIW. |

Gotta send my Bushnell PCL 1-4 back to Bushnell. Best guess is a lens is loose inside. it alternates between fuzzy and clear with each successive shot (so recoil is causing something to shift back and forth inside). Which is disappointing.
Eh. Guess we'll see. |
Cunnilingus aside, that is fucking awesome.
