AR Gold has a .03 trigger reset - half as long as the SD3G reset.
SD3G's are great triggers. I'd really like to try an AR Gold though. |

If you're going to be using it in that application, then I say go ahead and get it. It's the trigger I use for my competition rig and have been very pleased with it so far but, it's the only Geissele I own with the flat bow. Prior to getting the SD3G, I've been running the curved bow S3G and personally like that one better because I guess that's just what I've been so used to using. |

I've got a few but one of them loves shooting 2-4 rounds all in a row if you don't have the buttstock pulled in tight to your shoulder. I would never consider this model for any HD/SHTF type work.

Try polishing you standard trigger first...a lot to be said as to why the DoD uses the standard trigger.

I love my SD3G and my Super 3 Gun bowed Geisselle as well. Both are great shooters and I don't suspect I'll use any other one in the near future.
