If anyone is in the market for a Gen 1 black SOPMOD stock, this listing on Gun Broker seems to be an even earlier version compared to what we typically see changing hands. No idea who the seller is and cannot vouch for authenticity or historical claims, but worth checking out. Interesting markings on it.

The top one is a 300 Blackout that has the same B5 stock. The bottom is my attempt at a CQBR. Still have to pick up the KAC sights. Instead of buying the SOCOM can I think I am going to save up for a PVS14 and ATPIAL-C |

Yeah it's the aervoe brand stripper. Spray a nice coat, wait 45 minutes then literally spray the paint off with a water hose with little to no residue.

I had to search high and low for FDE. I found one at the sportsman's outdoor superstore but by the time I got my card and went back online to buy it they sold it. I emailed the owner who said they had one and only one coming from the factory. It was in route. They got it Thursday and I had it in hand Tuesday. Plenty of black ones out there but FDE is really hard to find all of a sudden. |

Lol it was pretty bad. The windage was cranked all the way to the right and it was still shooting whacky. This new one along with 10 mags and some cool extras will be hitting the EE about a week after I get it. Gonna turn it into a block II, probably. A bad ass block II.

They're good stocks (a little tight if virgin) but that price is too high. I got a brand new one not long ago for $50. That seems like more of an LMT gen 1 price |
