It will still work for the stock, you just have to make the width between teeth bigger. Hold the wrench up to the barrel nut and you'll see how close it is.

Are you guys running PRI Gas busters for CH's on your suppressed clones?  If so, flat latch, big latch, or tactical latch?

Military - Big Latch...

-ETA, the Combat Latch looks similar but it sticks out further and looks like it would stab you in the hip if you carry your rifle with a 2 point patrol sling :)

Awesome...yeah, that combat latch looks dangerous!

Is the Big Latch clone more clone correct than the flat latch?  Or is there even a clone correct CH?

Question to you guys who have shot with both the KAC NT4 and the Socom RC. Which one sounds better and which one was quiet over those two?

I would say the nt4 has a deeper tone to it... The RC seemed louder at the ear without ear pro on, but quite frankly, I wear ear pro all the time, so I copulent tell much a difference. I'm sure the NT4 owners will chime in, I just shot both on a previous deployment.

While I agree to some extent BUT a 10.3 barrel is easy to get, for the same price as a 10.5.

a machine gun lower is unobtainable cost wise for almost every cloner, or gun enthusiast for that matter.

Nothing special. Just don't use the DD Mk12 gas block (one of my favorites) because you'll run into fitment issue. Use the KAC gas block on the legacy gun, it works beautifully.

Took the plunge into NV earlier this year. PVS14 Omni VIII tube from TNVC. Just know it's an addiction unto itself. If you go for it plan on adding an IR laser to your rifle from the get go or you will have regrets. Just do it!

ECPrevatte and I shot ours side by side. He has the NT4 and I have the RC2 (I know you asked about the RC) and they were really close. I couldn't really tell much of a difference.

I will say... Get the NT4.

Not this again.

Everyone who doesn't have a Colt select fire M4A1 lower can go home:  you're not cloneworthy.

Technically a CQBR is a receiver so not having a select fire lower doesn't mean shit in having a good CQBR.

I like the TA31 but since the BDC is calibrated for a 14.5 barrel, I'd go EXPS-3 or 553 in FDE.
