Search turned up empty. Any one know what the torque spec is for a Colt carry handle on a flat top receiver????

REASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Chaper 4:  Work package: 0017   Page: 00-4

12. M4/M4A1/M16A4 only.
The carrying handle
assembly should be
reinstalled on the front notch
of the upper receiver rail.
Slide the clamping bar
against the receiver with the
lower edge underneath the
slotted section. Hand tighten
round nuts.
