Whats the top shelf Ambi safety these days?  Is it the 60 degree Noveske or does DD, LMT, KAC, LT; have something that is deemed "the best" now?

Thanks everyone.

I have one of these on my SBR and I will be the first to admit the quality is outstanding and it is a fine product. That being said would I but another one, not for the current price they are selling for when I can get 2 ambi safeties from another brand for another 10 bucks.

Battle Arms...ONLY I picked levers that didn't end up working with my particular setup out of inexperance (it was my first set of BAD ASS)...Duffy sent others to try (for free) Now I have the perfect ambi safety that's as custom as the rest of my rifle. They look Bad Ass too (yes pun intended but also the truth)

Lefty here.

I tried a bunch.  Personally, I prefer the Troy ambi safety over all others.

I like how they snap into place and hag a lug with no screws.  As a lefty, it was hard to find one that really didn't interfere with my trigger finger when flipping the safety off, and yet was very positive on the opposite side using both finger and thumb to engage the safety.

Plus they are less expensive than some models.

Thank you guys for your support!

We recognize the cost of the selector will not endear itself to everyone, this is certainly not by design, as we would love to see it on more receivers.  Its price has to to with the high cost of manufacturing (made in the US), and the use of high quality material.  Quality is more than skin deep, every aspect of the component you see has been scrutinized and made better than it needs to be, as we make duty grade gear, for folks going in harm's way.

The KNS detent we've been including since 2010 is $1.25 retail.  Since Feb. of 2012, the included items have been expanded to two extra mounting screws, and a detent spring.

These extras have not increased the retail price, they were included for the user's convenience and use, and there is a reason behind every item included.

Our products also carry life time, unconditional warranty, the lever exchange program is also life time and unconditional.

We're working on a cast version of our selectors that should be comparable in price to other cast selectors, and they will retain the positive detent lockup and smooth rotation of the billet model

That would cause me to replace the ambi selectors on all of my 8 AR's

Like I said, the quality is AWESOME and so is the function but 400~ bucks buys me another glock.

I'll probably buy them for all of my New rifles though, I just can't see replacing them on all of the guns when my SBR is the one I shoot 99% of the time.

The BAD-ASS is worth every penny.  I'll admit that I was skeptical at first, but once I tried one, there's no going back.
