Seeing the post about the kaboom a few posts down people were saying the kaboom was due to a squid load.

Can someone please explain to me what that is?

Thanks.

Low pressure round stuck in the barrel the projectile does not come out of the barrle it gets stuck some where in it, and then the follow up round traps an extreme amount of pressure between the two projectiles and useally a kaboom and a firearm falls apart.

A squib is a bullet that doesn't completely leave the barrel, when the next round is fired it hits the lodged bullet and causes a kaboom.

Careless handloading can cause one too. A primer going off with no powder has enough juice to push the bullet out of the brass but not enough to send it all the way down the pipe. Its also called a "pop & no kick" meaning you hear the primer pop, no bang, no recoil, no case ejection.
