He'd like to know if there will be any clearance issues with his Magpul BAD lever. If so, does anyone know if any of the one-piece BHO/BAD-style levers will work instead?

The Phase 5 one piece lever should work since the lever is actually welded to the face of the bolt catch and doesn't extend out the back any where the bolt catch fits into the upper reciever pocket that is machined for it.

They work.
