that actually looks pretty good - nice work! A full flegged carbon fiber set (CTR/MOE grip/handguard) would be pretty nifty - I'd pick up a set.

That looks pretty cool, but I wonder how the adhesive will hold up to heat. I'd be interested to see.

Way to make it your own. just another example of how no 2 are the same. As someone on here once said, AR's are like Mr. Potato Head for grown ups. Nice Work!

You install the film using a heat gun and it adheres VERY well. Du to the sheer thickness of the Magpul MOE components, I don't think heat would be a problem at all. I also did a set of the regular AR15 hand guards that have the heat shields inside and I don't think heat would be a problem with those either.
Here is the same film applied to my motorcycle exhaust endcaps - and this photo was taken about two weeks AFTER the installation. No problem with heat here either!! http://img195.imageshack.us/img195/9634/exhauusttip.jpg |

I love the lllk of CF, so Hell yeah, I'd sure pick up a set. The rails help set off the "high tech" look to me.
