Just got done putting it together! 
It is just a mix of 1. Stag Arms Lower Receiver 2. Palmetto State Armory 20" 5.56mm NATO FN Upper (FSB shaved to fit under the MI SS-15 handguard by ADCO) 3. Palmetto State Armory Charging Handle 4. Spikes Bolt Carrier Group 5. GG&G Heavy Duty XDS Bipod 6. MI 15" SS Series Free Float Forearm 7. Magpul PRS Stock 8. Nikon M-223 Scope Mount 9. Nikon M-223 3-12X42SF Scope 10.ERGO Tactical Deluxe Grip with Palm Shelf Still need 1. Magpul Aluminum Enhanced Trigger Guard 2. Some good 20 round mags 3. Remove the CA bullet button/mag release. (Just moved out of CA) 4. Wilson Combat TTU Single Stage |

Midwest Industries gen2 drop in carbine lenth rail. Has built in pins that fit into the barrel nut teeth and lock up solid, no movement at all. Continous top rail lines up perfectly. Lightweight at 7.5 oz and is slender. I like having the front anti-rotation QD sockets to attach my sling to. Bright white T marks matching the upper receiver. I think they look nice as well. I like it as much if not more than my DD omega rail that cost me almost twice as much.

Here's my rifle with a 12" MI SS rail, along with my other 3-gun toys. The camera flash always makes the upper look more purple than it is.

MI gas block.
 Rail received for above "pistol", was not the rail ordered.  Trying to get this cleared up but the holidays makes it a slooooow process.

Does anybody have pics of a 10in Gen 2 free float on a 16in carbine? I want to cut my FSB and install one so a view from the end would be nice. Great pics so far!

Gen 1 rifle length 2pc FF rail (MCTAR-22) on a 14.5" post ban bushmaster
I used to have an MCTAR-20X, I shaved my front sight post down to replace it with the 12.5" rail This is how the rifle used to look 
I'm very happy with the ease of installation, especially since putting on most FF rails would require me to get my brake unpinned and gas block removed for installation |
